Reporting Absence
Absence due to illness/injury
To notify us of absence due to illness/injury, there are two options:
- 1. Via email to: absences@qmgs.merciantrust.org.uk OR
- 2. Via the EduLink app.
Kindly action by 9:30am on the day, stating your child’s name, form and the reason for absence.
Appointment Process
Please provide at least three school days’ notice and a copy of the appointment notification letter/email/text to: absences@qmgs.merciantrust.org.uk.
